A Grasp account always has at least 1 admin. However, you can enable admin rights for as many additional agents as you want.
Payments are finalised through credit card. If this is not an option, please contact us on support@getgrasp.com so we can assist you into custom payment methods / terms.
Grasp applies a default cancellation period of 30 days prior to the renewal, with the exception of the 'Grasp Custom' and 'Grasp Elite' subscription that has a cancellation period of 90 days, unless we agreed otherwise.
Yes you can! The first Whatsapp number is available free of charge. Any additional number is € 25 a month per number.
